Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with KYVERA. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Times
KYVERA currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, for a total delivery estimate of 4-7 business days from the date your order is placed. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the details below.

Delays
While we make every effort to ship and deliver orders within the timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, other household members, or your local carrier facility first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered slightly before arrival. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate, and arrange a reshipment or refund where appropriate.
